Our management team
Dr. Madhuri Warren,MA PhD, MBBChir, FRCPath
Founder and Managing Director
Madhuri has a sixteen year background in clinical academic medicine, with a specialization in medical histopathology, and a ten year background in basic science, including molecular biology, genetics and comparative pathology. She is a graduate of Clare College Cambridge, a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists, and an active member of European comparative pathologist organisations. Dr. Warren has been appointed to the American organisation, the Academy of Genomic pathologists, a network of international expert comparative pathologists who provide consultation for the The Center for Genomic Pathology (CGP), based at UC Davis, California. She has collaborated on and published several scientific papers in high ranking peer-reviewed journals in the field of cancer research. She latterly has established and run a comparative pathology research laboratory. In 2008 she founded Pathology Diagnostics Ltd.
Mr. Viv Bolton, BA, MCIPS
Commercial Director
Viv Bolton is a senior commercial specialist with a degree in business administration and more than nineteen years of international experience working with global organisations on major projects. He has experience of running small business teams, and extensive experience of commercial law, contract negotiation, finance and project management.
Non-executive advisors
Pathology Diagnostics works with team of non-executive advisors with over 80 years' combined experience in finance, business development, pharmaceutical industry, HR management and Quality Management systems.
Our technical team
A team of expert medical / veterinary pathologists and technical scientists
Our pathologists are experienced medical and veterinary clinicians with full board accreditation. They have extensive experience in human and/or laboratory animal diagnostic pathology as well as varying research or industry experienced. Our scientists and technical staff have extensive experience of laboratory procedures and diagnostic image analysis.
